For Zoran and Sanela, food has always been the language of love, heritage, and new beginnings. Born in the Balkans, a region of South-East Europe renowned for its rich history and robust flavors, they learned early that the heart of a home is its kitchen.

After honing their craft for a decade in Germany, they embarked on their greatest adventure in 1998, moving to the United States with a simple dream: to build a new life through food and hospitality. They carried with them the cherished traditions of home cooking and the inspired flavors discovered in their travels, infusing every dish they created with a story.

For over 25 years, they have poured their passion into the Shreveport community, working tirelessly and welcoming every guest who walked through their doors as an extension of their own family. Their dedication has made them a beloved fixture in the local culinary scene.

Today, that dream has grown. Proud to call Shreveport home, they are thrilled to see their sons, Igor and Sasha, join the family venture. Bringing fresh energy and ideas, the next generation is now integral to the journey, contributing immensely to the growth and future of their businesses.
